Founder and President, with the help of her husband, Harry.

director – in addition to consulting on spa projects from
Washington State to
Miami and from Maine to California.
Pam specializes in day-to-day operations, salon and spa
equipment, soft goods, products and training.
Pam knows the business from the inside out - she is a
licensed esthetician and cosmetologist and has consulted and trained for
Universal Companies, Aveda, Golden Ratio, and SpaElegance.

Harry Williams
 With
over 35 years experience in law, real estate development and business,
Harry has
moved many day spa and medical spa projects from dream to reality.
Harry works with his wife, Pam, writing business plans and

Pam and Harry
provide an unusual combination of expertise and experience not otherwise available in the day spa and
