Spa Business Associates is an association of salon and spa
professionals dedicated to providing its clients with the best
business services and products at affordable cost.
Established in 1995, SBA has worked on projects across the U. S. from Seattle to Miami and from Maine to San Diego.
Location
SBA
is located in the foothils of the Great Smoky Mountains in
Johnson City, Tennessee near Abingdon, Virginia, the home of Universal
Companies, the U. S.'s largest single-source provider of salon and spa
equipment, products and supplies.
SBA is operated by Pam Williams with the assistance of her husband, Harry.

over 30 years in the spa and salon industries,
Pam puts her enthusiasm and experience to work for
you. She has worked behind the chair and as a spa director – in addition to
consulting on spa projects from
Washington State to Miami and from
Maine to California.
Pam specializes in day-to-day operations, salon and spa equipment, soft goods, products and training. Pam knows the business from the inside out - she is a licensed esthetician and cosmetologist and has consulted and trained for Universal Companies, Aveda, Golden Ratio, and SpaElegance.

With
over 35 years experience in law, real estate development and business,
Harry has moved many day spa and medical spa projects
from dream to reality.
Harry works with his wife, Pam, writing business plans and answering questions ranging from site acquisitions and leases to marketing and personnel matters.
Together, Pam and Harry provide an unusual combination of expertise and experience not otherwise available in the day spa and medical spa industries.
