DAY SPA BUSINESS PLANNING & CONSULTING PACKAGE - FOUR
INSTALLMENTS
Installment No. 1: $995 - Sign a contract and fill out a
questionnaire and receive a time line and a financial
feasibility report within 30 days of receipt of the
completed questionnaire that includes an executive summary,
start-up costs, estimated gross income, estimated labor
cost, projected profit and loss, estimated cash flow
statement, breakeven analysis and pro forma balance sheet.
Use the report to determine the feasibility of going forward
with the project. If you decide not to go forward, no
further payments will be due and the contract will be
voided.
Installment No. 2: $2,000 - If after receiving the financial
feasibility report, you decide to go forward with the
project, you will proceed to the next step and receive a
preliminary, draft business plan within 30 days that
includes all day
spa business plan components. Spa Business
Associates will also assist you with acquisition of space
and applying for a loan and equipment lease. If after
receiving the business plan, you are unable to obtain
financing or decide for any reason not to go forward with
the project, no further payments will be due and the
contract will be null and void.
Installment No. 3: $1,000 - If you receive approval of your
loan and equipment lease and decide to go forward with the
project, Spa Business Associates will assist you to
negotiate both an equipment and space lease and help you
with your renovations, products and services, equipment
acquisition, marketing and all other day spa business planning and
consulting components excluding free consulting after
opening. If you decide not to go forward with the project,
no further payments will be due and the contract will be
null and void.
Installment No. 4: $1,000 - After opening your spa, Spa
Business Associates will continue to provide free consulting
via telephone and email for one year after opening.
