1. Owner
completes a questionnaire outlining certain basic information and sends it
to the consultant along with the following:
2. Consultant conducts one hour,
initial, telephone interview with client going over the questionnaire and
information listed above.

Consultant evaluates the spa based on the questionnaire, information listed
above and the initial interview with the client.
4. Consultant
sends preliminary evaluation report with recommendations to client and then
conducts second telephone interview at which time the preliminary evaluation
report and recommendations are discussed.
5. Consultant
prepares final evaluation report with recommendations and sends it to the
client.
